Easy gluten free meals

GF board
1. Fry up 500g lean mince, stir in 1 tin Somerfield/Coop or Sainsburys chilli beans + 1 tin tomatoes, heat through and serve with rice. (Keep half in fridge or freezer for later meal) I have not tried freezing this as there is never enough left, but I often have it the day after for lunch.
2. Boil gf pasta, drain and serve mixed with 80g tin tuna and a small tin of tomatoes.
3. Cook any meat you like and add curry sauce from a jar (many are gluten free, but beware some are laden with salt) devide into portions and freeze for later
