Hazel's rice pancake.
125g cooked rice l egg (beaten) 50 g flour
herbs/additions of cooked vegetables/tomatoes to taste
Mix thoroughly, season. Spread in baking tin (no guide as to size unfortunately but I suspect round to cut in wedges might work) Cook 30 mins at 180C
