Rich pastry. 8 oz g. f flour Any g.f flour, pinch of salt 4oz butter 2oz caster sugar for sweet pastry only 1 large free range egg
Sift flour and salt butter egg and sugar mix in food processor knead to a ball divide in two and put in fridge for 1/2 hour or overnight.leave out of fridge for 5 mins then roll out on floured board and bake: approx 25 mins at 160 C Jerry
