Brandy sauce. Ingredients 55g/2oz butter 55g/2oz rice flour 600ml/1pint milk 55g/2oz caster sugar 60ml/4tbsp brandy Method 1. Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Cook for 2 minutes and stir in the milk. Bring to the boil, stirring all the time, and simmer gently for 10 minutes. 2. Stir in the brandy and the sugar and serve with Christmas pudding. Jerry
