Tangy Tinsel Tart (From CUK site) Sumptuous mincemeat sat uniquely on a Juvela Gluten-Free Pizza Base, served with a generous dollop of sweet brandy crème fraiche. A quick and easy alternative to mince pies! Method Place a Juvela Gluten-Free Pizza Base on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven (200C/400F/Gas Mark 6), for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread with 250g (10oz) of gluten-free mincemeat. Return to the oven for a further 8-10 minutes. To serve, combine 8 tbsp of half fat crème-fraiche with 1 tbsp of icing sugar and tbsp of brandy. www.juvela.co.uk
