We have just had a week ski holiday in this resort in France, staying at the Hotel Aalborg, which is run by Neilson and their staff.
The catering in the hotel was fantastic, it was half board with full cooked breakfast. Everyday they cooked scrambled eggs for Sophie, even though it was not on the menu, just because on the first day she told the chef it was her favourite breakfast.
Evening meals were 3 course meals, the majority of which were gluten free. We checked with the staff each morning what the evening meal was, and if it was not suitable for her, as a child, they offered to cook anything she wanted, as long as they had it in the kitchen.
Sophie has never eaten so well on our ski holidays
