Thu Feb 12, 2004 9:30 am Emma W Germany on GF board in reply to "Barbeque coatings" … I use one tablespoon of tomato puree, one tablespoon olive oil, one dessert spoon of melted honey and a one dessert spoon of balsamic vinegar. Add salt & pepper & fresh chopped chili if you like. Mix it up and smear all over the meat & wait half an hour. Yummy. If you do it yourself, you know what's in it.
