Good pastry recipe

Ingredients:- 250 grams butter 550 grams Doves Farm GF flour 2 eggs Method:- beat butter and sugar together, beat in eggs, blend in flour. Knead into a ball. Chill in fridge and then roll out on a floured surface. The mix is quite moist and doesn't break up easily. For sweet pastry for mince pies etc you can add 100g icing sugar and use unsalted butter. ... *************
The best pastry yet - Glutafin Select Pastry Mix.
8oz Pastry Mix 2oz Stork (room temp) 60ml Olive oil 1 Medium egg 15ml Water
Put 5oz Mix and all other ingredients - mix together (I used the bread atachment on my food mixer)
add the other 3oz mix and blend together 1st with mixer then with hands.
Roll out and enjoy.
I made 12 mince pies with lids using sainsbury's luxury mincemeat and cooked at 180 degree for 12 mins ***************
