Mix a tablespoon of cornflour with a little water in a jug. Use the water the veg are cooked in with a stock cube or vegetable bouillon (makes it tasty), meat juices or even marmite. Whateve you like. Bring to the boil.
Pour the stock into the cornflour mix stirring all the time, then straight back into the saucepan, still stirring. (Stirring at this stage is the secret to unlumpy gravy).
Season and simmer until it is as thick as you want it.
To make it browner and for flavour you can add something like Granovita or Fruity sauce - GF of course! There are a wealth of 'secret ingredients' out there. Even Encona Hot Pepper sauce if you like spicy gravy!

... it is very easy to make.
Stir a bit of cornflour into the meat juices over a medium heat, gradually add stock - or the water you cook the veg in and bring to the boil stirring until it is the consistency you likeā¦.

.... I like the anthony worral gravy powder but it is a little on the salty side and v. expensive. I try and make proper gravy from meat juices when I do a roast and freeze some for when I want something instant for sausages and mash...
Home-made: Pour off any roast meat juices and heat in a pan with a pint of stock (I use Kallo brand cubes) and some herbs. Season to taste and then thicken by adding 2-3tbsps corn/potato flour mixed with half cup of cold water and heat through til it thickens (maybe 2 mins). Potato flour works better but not all supermarkets stock it (i get mine from an asian store).
