For food, the most fabulous holiday ever was a cruise. We went for a week with First Choice Island Escape. I cannot praise them highly enough. Incredible! On our first day I asked the head waiter, Victor, about options at the buffet. I was constantly asked 'What do you want?' rather than asking' What can I have?' It was fantastic. Victor would look for us coming in to eat and had special sweets made for me every meal. I would have been more than happy with the wonderful fruit salads, however I 'had' to eat everything he had prepared for me! Creme brulee, icecream, sorbets, jelly etc And put on colossal amounts of weight! Amazing. We had our son with us, who was 6, and he enjoyed the cruise too.
Don't let CD put you off. Take your bread and iscuits with you and most places are only too happy to heat them up
