Just to let you all know I've just come back from the first gluten free Cooking in France with chef John Crompton. It was advertised in the Crossed Grain - 3 days in th French Alps. It was brilliant.Very informal - no experience necessary, super people, great fun, very informative and practical, loads to eat and drink, fantasic scenery, visit to a market etc. If you want to find out more www.cookinginfrance.biz .
