Its me, Apricot...
Coeliac since Sept 2001...diabetic since Sept 2008. Both inherited conditions...the diabetes very common on both sides of the family.
Plus Thyroid problems, osteoporosis, non alcoholic fatty liver problems, Leiden Factor V issues. Plus the infamous(!) leg/ankle....which I think is quite enough, thank you. Weight is stubbornly steady despite trying to lose some. Go to gym or the pool at least twice a week. Work far too much.
Bloods usually 6.1 to about 6.9 (unless I have been busy with a mango, then its far higher than that!)
I dont bother with a lot of fresh breads...do like toast with butter on Sundays only..
Any ideas for losing weight whilst maintaining the Coeliac regime are most welcome.
