Cristina, When in Galway try Cookes Winebar Restaurant in Abbeygate Street, they always have a gluten free desert on the menu and just tell the waitress you are a coeliac and the chef will look after you. Lynch's Cafe on Shop Street do gluten free bread for lunch time. All the main supermarkets stock gluten free foods. Tesco supermarket stock their own brand which is very good value. You can also try Evergreen healtfood shop on Mainguard St or Healthwise health food shop on Abbeygate street.
Have a great holiday sorcha
Cristina In Galway the lemongrass restaurant has a special gluten free menu and also Griffins bakery on SHop street makes gluten free bread. If you want a really nice meal and have transport Moycullen House restaurant will cater for you if you tell them you are a coeliac. Have a great holiday Bronagh
