From Rob (DHOC Forum) I have taken fully sealed GF foods into Australia before, the customs are pretty aware of the problems of Coeliacs. Also Australian supermarkets sell 'fresh' GF bread, ie dont have to refresh them or toast them. Last time I went they were AUS$3.38 per loaf. Only problem is that they tend to be out of stock a little too often. I think all u would have to do is chat to the store manager to make sure some are ordered in for the next day or so. There is a Coeliac society for each australian state. Check:- www.coeliac.org.au/ www.qld.coeliac.org.au/ (queensland) www.nsw.coeliac.org.au/ (new southwales)
