We were advised by a contact that Kedleston Hall, a National Trust house in Derbyshire, provided gluten free cake. Recent visits to 2 National Trust houses in Cornwall confirmed what we had been told, both catered for a gluten free diet. At both Trerice (near Newquay) and Cotehele (Callington) we found that the restaurant menus referred specifically to the availability of g-f foods and staff at both were helpful. A round of applause for the National Trust! www.nationaltrust.org.uk/main/ www.ggfi.co.uk/news_items.htm#Ho ... estaurants www.derbyshireuk.net/kedleston_hall.html
