The café opens daily Mon-Sat, 9.30am to 4.00pm. The café cooks fresh vegan and vegetarian food every day from where possible locally sourced and organic produce.
Our Menu
Changing daily, our menu is fresh and all menu items are homemade. Our salads are freshly prepared everyday with a wide range of ingredients. We always have alternatives for those who have wheat, dairy or gluten free dietary requirements.
All our food is available to take away.

Yam Parlour is a Vegetarian Cafe and Restaurant with film based gallery offering a wide variety of Vegetarian and Vegan meals. All meals are prepared using fresh ingredients. Hot dishes include Homity Pie - caramelised onion, mashed potato, parsley and creme fraiche all in a pastry case with melted cheese and Red Curry with Cashews - green vegetables cooked in coconut milk and a thai red chilli paste served on rice. Wide range of snacks, sandwiches, soups and cakes also available.
Gluten free diets can be accommodated.
Photography exhibitions are sometimes hosted in the cafe.

In Penzance there is a veggie cafe in Bread Street (I can remember the road name!) that has a couple of GF options and there is Wetherspoons near the Market Hall and their usual range.
