The Source cafe, Stubbers Adventure Ctr, Upminster Posted by spudsuzzy 09/05/2012 Stubbers centre in Upminster has a cafe called 'The Source Cafe'. It is open to the public so you can just go to the cafe without being part of somesort of activity session. Today is the second time I have been there and I am very impressed. Fiona, the owner, a very nice lady has Coeliac disease herself so she is aware of the problems with eating out. Everything on the menu can be made Gluten/Wheat free other than the sausage rolls and sausages. Today I had a vegetable and mozarella wrap which was lovely. There is a very good menu and I will definitely be going there again and again. And if you want to take the kids there is a little playground there too with a zip wire Thank you to the original person who posted about The source cafe. I would never have tried it out otherwise.www.thesourcecoffeeshop.com/find_us.html

Just a note to Admin that this info should also be posted under The London boroughs since it is in Havering. Although it is still in Essex, Upminster is part of Havering. :-)
