White chocolate and strawberry cheesecake

I went to the Leicestershire group cookery demonstration on saturday which was very good. The following recipe for white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake was one which was demonstrated. I made it the next day and it was delicious, so i thought i would post the recipe.
* 1 pack of Juvela gluten free digestives, crushed into crumbs (although next time i would use 2 packets because the base was thin compared to the topping) * 75g/3oz butter * 200g/8oz white chocolate * 300g/12oz full fat cream cheese * 200g/8oz fromage frais * 200g/8oz strawberries, roughly chopped * 8 inch cake tin
Method to make the base, melt the butter in a pan and stir in the crushed digestives. Press into the base of the tin and leave to chill in the fridge whilst making the filling. For the filling, melt the chocolate then allow to cool. Whisk together the cream cheese and fromage frais until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and strawberries and mix well. Pour the mixture over the base and chill for 2 hours until set.
I used melted milky bars as the white chocolate and philidelphia for the cream cheese. It turned out lovely, but didn't last long!
