Home Made Gluten Free Beefburgers

Minced Beef Salt & Pepper Onion (Finely chopped or grated - you can fry/soften in butter if you wish) A little Worcestershire Sauce. I sometimes use a small amount of (very lazy) chili and any herbs I feel like adding Add beaten egg if like the mixture moist. Mix together and grill/fry. - you can also dab in some flour just before cooking if you like them very crunchy on the outside. The amount of ingredients i.e. ratio of onion to beef (although any meat you like can be used) is entirely to your taste. I make lots and freeze them. I made some to take for a barbeque and they won the taste test. Be inventive....as long as you like the ingredients you should like the outcome. Happy burgering
